Our goal is to offer you a fantastic value for your money. The price below entitles you to both houses. Compare to other rentals and you will see this is basically like getting two house for the price of one. For a quick budget getaway, we do offer the houses individually on a case by case basis during the off season.

Summer: $4,400 per week (2nd week of June – 2nd week of September)
Winter: $300 per night / $1500 per week
Fall / Spring: $400 per night / $2400 per week
Memorial Day Weekend: 3 night minimum stay @ $600 / night or $2,400 for the week

- $500 refundable damage deposit required.
- We also require a $200 non-refundable cleaning fee.

- Mountainside Chelan is non-smoking.
- Although we love pets, we must ask that you leave them at home during your stay, or we can direct you to local pet boarding.
